Our client first acquired this 10 hectare property in the mid 1980’s.

At this time the property was on the outskirts of Sydney in an area which was predominantly market gardens and farm land.

JBW’s initial involvement was to carry out a detail and level survey on the property and then to undertake a layout design for a proposed mobile home village comprising approximately 400 mobile homes.

This development gained approval and initially JBW was involved in setting out the road layout and mobile home allotments for the construction of this development.

The mobile home village operated for a number of years and after not being able to gain approval for a community title subdivision for this development, our client sought approval for a land subdivision for freestanding houses.

JBW was involved in the road and lot layout design for this proposal and after gaining approval for this land subdivision, JBW was involved in the two stage subdivision to create 171 residential lots for new housing.
